Meher Baba is the Awakener, the Avatar- the embodiment of God in human form. He is the Christ, the Buddha, the Prophet who comes again and again to inspire in man the love of God. He is the Ancient One. His favorite poet was the matchless 14th century Persian Perfect Master, Hafez-e-Shirazi. His favorite court poet was the Australian Francis Brabazon. Here is an online library of books by and about Meher Baba.

Bill- we dined on lamb curry last evening with a neighborhood friend Doug Archard. He is a retired FSO, spending much time in Pakistan. He inquired about my brothers and we spoke of yourself, ghazals, Parsis, your adherence to the teachings of Meher Baba. Doug is a Democrat, something of a historian, avid reader, a fine person. I did some online searching and sent him a number of links, including your website, wherefrom I pen this note. Love, Mike
